Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will be cooking with them in a moment 🍽️✨

Cut the potatoes. Peel the potatoes and cut them into smaller pieces.

Cook the potatoes. Cook the potatoes in salted water over low heat for about 15 minutes until tender.

Prepare the breadcrumbs. Blend the bread roll finely into fine breadcrumbs.

Prepare the meat. Pound the pork neck slices into thinner cutlets and season with salt and pepper.

Coat the meat. Coat the meat successively in flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs to create an even coating.

Fry the meat. Fry the schnitzels in a pan in plenty of oil over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Saute the green beans. Saute the green beans in a pan with butter for about 2-3 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
