Steps to cook
-
Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will be cooking with them in a moment 👩🍳✨
-
Cut the cabbage into quarters. Cut the cabbage into quarters through the core so it stays together even while searing
-
Sear the pork tenderloin. In a pan, sear the salted and peppered pork tenderloin on all sides over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and set aside
-
Sear the cabbage with garlic. Add butter to the same pan, add the cabbage with the core and the crushed garlic, and sear over low heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side until the cabbage caramelizes
-
Reheat the tenderloin, remove the garlic. Once the cabbage is seared, return the tenderloin to the pan and briefly reheat, then remove the garlic
-
Add the soy sauce and butter. Add the soy sauce, briefly reheat over low heat, add the cold butter, whisk in, and do not cook any further
-
Serve. Serve 🍽️✨

Karamelizovamé zelí je super příloha i k jinému masu.
