Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will be cooking with them in a moment 🥩✨

Cut the onion and kohlrabi. Peel the onion and kohlrabi and cut them into small cubes

Sautee the onion and kohlrabi. Sautee the onion in a pan with a little oil over medium heat for about 2 minutes, then add the kohlrabi and saute for another about 5 minutes, until they begin to soften

Add the cream and mustard. Add the cream and mustard and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes so the flavors combine

Fry the meat. Season the pork with salt and pepper and fry in a pan over medium to high heat for about 3 minutes on each side (about 6 minutes total)

Slice the meat. Slice the meat into pieces
