Steps to cook
-
Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we'll be cooking with them in a moment 🧀🍔✨
-
Blend the roll. Finely blend the roll, ideally in a stand mixer, to create a fine breadcrumb mixture
-
Coat the cheese. Coat the slice of cheese first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs
-
Fry the cheese. Fry the coated cheese in a deeper layer of hot oil over medium to higher heat until golden brown, about 3 minutes on each side (you can test with a skewer to see whether the cheese is melted inside)
-
Toast the bun. Cut the bun in half and briefly toast it in a pan or toaster over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown
-
Assemble the bottom half. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bun, add coleslaw and pickled cucumbers
-
Add the cheese and serve. Place the fried cheese on the bottom half of the bun, cover with the top half of the bun, and serve immediately 🍽️✨

Meatloaf in Creamy Sauce and Carlsbad Dumpling
Make a traditional creamy sauce, just a little differently and more quickly. Instead of beef, we will prepare it with meatloaf roast. As a side dish, we will use a soft and delicious Karlovy Vary dumpling.
