Steps to cook

  1. Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will be cooking with them in a moment 🥔✨

  2. Cut the potatoes. Peel the potatoes and cut them into smaller pieces

  3. Cook the potatoes and melt the butter. Put the potatoes to boil in salted water and cook over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes until tender; meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat

  4. Sear the pork neck. Season the pork neck slice with salt and sear it in a hot pan over higher heat for about 3 minutes on each side until golden, then let it rest in a warm place

  5. Saute the garlic and spinach. In the pan where you seared the meat, slowly saute the pressed garlic over low heat for about 1 minute, add the spinach and let it wilt until it loses its volume

  6. Mix the spinach with cream. Mix the sauteed spinach with sour cream and season with salt, pepper, and olive oil

  7. Prepare the potato dough. Press, mash, or pass the cooked potatoes through a sieve into a pot (they should be hot - if they have cooled, briefly warm them over low heat), add the flour, cover, and let them steam for a few minutes

  8. Shape the dumplings. Mix into a dough, season with salt, and use a spoon dipped in butter to shape the dumplings directly onto a plate

  9. Serve the dish. Serve with the seared pork neck and spinach dip 🥔🍽️✨
