  • Smoked Pork Loin 125 g
  • Potatoes 200 g
  • Sour white cabbage 175 g
  • Coarse Flour 100 g
  • Onion 0.5 pcs
  • Eggs 1 pcs
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Mix of spices 0.25 pcs
  • Lard 0.25 tbsp
  • Parsley 0.25 pcs

  1. Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will be cooking with them in a moment 👩‍🍳✨

  2. Cook the potatoes in salted water. Put the potatoes in their skins into boiling salted water and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes, until tender 🥔

  3. Cook the smoked meat with spices. Put the smoked meat into cold water together with garlic and soup spices and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes, until tender 🥩

  4. Cut the onion into larger pieces. Cut the onion into larger cubes 🧅

  5. Cut the smoked meat into cubes. Cut the cooked smoked meat into smaller cubes or grind it in a meat grinder 🥩

  6. Saute the onion and meat, add the broth. In lard or oil, saute the onion over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes until golden, add the meat and briefly saute, then pour in about 300 ml of smoked broth and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes 🥩

  7. Add chopped parsley to the meat. Optionally, finely chop the parsley and add it to the meat 🌿

  8. Grate the cooked potatoes finely. Peel the cooked potatoes and grate them finely 🥔

  9. Add the egg and work the dough. Make a well in the middle, add the egg, salt, and work together 🥚

  10. Add the flour and quickly work it in. Add the coarse flour and quickly work it in so the dough does not become too soft

  11. Roll out the dough on cling film. Roll out the dough on plastic wrap

  12. Roll up and tighten the filled dough. Place part of the meat mixture on the dough, roll it up and wrap it tightly, keep the rest of the mixture for the next step

  13. Cook the dumpling in salted water. Place the dumpling into boiling salted water and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes 🍲

  14. Saute the remaining meat with sauerkraut. Saute the remaining meat mixture with sauerkraut over medium heat for about 5 minutes 🥬

  15. Slice the dumpling and serve with sauerkraut. Slice the dumpling and serve with sauerkraut 🍽️✨
