A crispy pork schnitzel served in fresh bread, often with fresh vegetables or sauce. A quick and tasty lunch or snack for the trip to Yugoslavia :)

What you will need

Pork Neck 1 pcs -
Bread Roll 1 pcs -
Bread 2 slice -
Pickles 2 pcs

Eggs 1 pcs -
Plain Flour 50 g -
Mustard 0.5 tbsp

Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients in advance so the cooking goes smoothly 🥩✨

Slice the cucumber. Slice the pickled cucumber into thin slices

Tenderize the meat. Pound the pork neck into a thinner cutlet

Blend the roll. Blend the bread roll with a hand blender into fine breadcrumbs

Coat the meat. Coat the pork neck in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs

Fry the meat. Fry the schnitzel in hot oil in a pan over medium heat on both sides for about 4 minutes until golden and crispy

Slice the bread. Slice the bread; if it is older, you can briefly toast it in a pan until crispy

Assemble the bread with the schnitzel. Spread mustard on the bread, add the schnitzel and sliced cucumber
