A delicate homemade pudding topped with fresh forest fruits and crunchy almonds. Ideal as a light dessert after dinner.

What you will need

Eggs 1 pcs -
Forest Berries 50 g -
Double Cream 50 ml -
Milk 75 g

Sugar 1.5 tbsp -
Starch 10 g -
Biscuits 25 g -
Vanilla sugar 0.25 pcs

Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will be using them in a moment to make 🍮🍓✨

Heat the milk. Heat the milk with the vanilla sugar over low heat until hot, but do not let it boil

Whisk the egg yolks. Put the egg yolks and sugar into a bowl and whisk until pale and fluffy

Mix the cream with the starch. Mix the cream with the cornstarch

Cook the pudding. Combine everything with the warm milk and heat over low heat for about 5 minutes, do not boil and stir constantly, then pour into bowls and let set

Simmer the fruit. Briefly simmer the fruit with the sugar over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes

Garnish and serve. Arrange the fruit and cookies on the pudding as a garnish 🍽️✨
