Forest Berries 50 g -
Sugar 30 g

Gelatin 1 slice -
Vanilla sugar 3 g -
Lemon 0.25 pcs

Steps to cook

Soak the gelatin. Soak the gelatin in water and let it bloom (for powdered gelatin, follow the ratio of 1 packet per 500 ml)

Bring the cream to a boil. Bring the cream to a boil over medium heat

Add the sugar and cook. Add the vanilla sugar and sugar, stir, and cook over medium heat for about 1 minute

Add the gelatin. Remove from the heat, add the bloomed gelatin, and stir until completely dissolved

Transfer to bowls and chill. Pour the mixture into bowls and let it chill in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours, until set

Add the sugar. Add the sugar and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until a thicker syrup forms. Season with lemon juice, and lemon zest if you have an organic lemon

Serve. Serve the chilled panna cotta with the mixed berry sauce 🍽️✨
