  1. Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we'll be baking with them in a moment 🍪✨

  2. Grind the almonds. Finely grind the almonds.

  3. Make the dough. Mix them with softened butter, flour, and sugar into a smooth dough (if the dough is too soft, chill it briefly).

  4. Shape the balls. Form small balls from the dough.

  5. Bake. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 180 C for about 10 minutes.

  6. Coat in sugar and serve. Remove from the oven and, while still warm, coat in powdered sugar. Serve 🍽️✨
