What you will need

Boneless Chicken Thighs 1 pcs -
Potatoes 200 g -
Breadcrumbs 50 g -
Eggs 0.5 pcs

Plain Flour 20 g -
Milk 40 ml -
Butter 0.5 tbsp -
Leek 0.25 pcs

Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will be cooking with them in a moment 🍗✨

Cut the potatoes. Peel the potatoes and cut them into smaller pieces.

Cook the potatoes. Cook the potatoes in salted water over medium heat for about 15 minutes, until tender.

Slice the leek. Clean the leek and cut it into strips.

Season the chicken. Season the chicken thigh with salt and pepper.

Coat the chicken. Coat the chicken in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumb coating made from a bread roll.

Fry the chicken. Fry the chicken in hot vegetable oil over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Saute the leek. Saute the leek in butter over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until softened, then season with salt and pepper.

Make the mashed potatoes. Add the milk and the cooked potatoes and mash everything into a puree.
