Steps to cook

12 steps · 19 min cook
  1. Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will be cooking with them in a moment 🥔✨

  2. Cook the potatoes. Put the potatoes in salted water and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes, until tender

  3. Cook the egg. Cook the egg soft-boiled - place it in boiling salted water and cook over medium heat for 6.5 minutes, then remove it, cool under cold water, and peel it

  4. Cut the onion. Cut the onion into small dice

  5. Clean and salt the oyster mushrooms. Clean the oyster mushrooms of any tough parts, cut into larger pieces, salt them, and lightly massage the salt into them

  6. Chop the dill. Finely chop the dill, reserving a few sprigs for garnish

  7. Sweat the onion. Cook the onion in butter over medium heat for about 3 minutes, salt it, and let it turn translucent

  8. Evaporate the vinegar. Add the vinegar and let it evaporate completely over medium heat (optional)

  9. Prepare the sauce. Add the cream, water, and bouillon dissolved in water (or use stock instead if you have it) and let it gently reduce over medium heat by about a third, for approximately 5 minutes

  10. Fry the oyster mushrooms. Fry the oyster mushrooms in hot oil until golden brown over higher heat for about 2 minutes on each side

  11. Finish the sauce. Stir the buttermilk into the sauce (it should not be completely cold) and do not cook it anymore so it does not curdle, then add the chopped dill

  12. Serve the dish. Serve with the egg, the fried oyster mushrooms, and the boiled potatoes 🥔🍽️✨
