Steps to cook
-
Prepare the ingredients. Prepare the ingredients and lay them out on the work surface - we'll cook them step by step
-
Chop the onion. Finely chop the onion
-
Sauté the onion. Sauté the onion in lard over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes until dark golden, salt it so it sweats faster, and if it starts to burn, deglaze with a little water which will evaporate and allow the onion to brown evenly
-
Add the beef. Add the beef and brown over higher heat for about 4-5 minutes, until it firms up and browns on all sides
-
Add the paprika. Add the ground paprika and cook over medium heat for about 1 minute to release its aroma
-
Add the bouillon. Add the bouillon and one cup of water per serving (or use stock) and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes to let the flavors meld
-
Chop the potatoes. Meanwhile, dice the potatoes into small cubes
-
Add the potatoes. Add the potatoes to the soup and cook over low heat for about 15-20 minutes until tender
-
Serve. Serve and enjoy the dish

Recept je slaby. Polevku jsem musela dohustit, protoze budila dojem nedodelanosti

Bohužel, nevím, kde jsem udělala chybu, ale tahle gulášovka mi moc nejela :( přišla mi taková mdlá a vodová… asi mi to bez česneku, majoránky a jíšky nechutnalo. Ale chápu, že ne každý rád zahušťuje

Meatloaf in Creamy Sauce and Carlsbad Dumpling
Make a traditional creamy sauce, just a little differently and more quickly. Instead of beef, we will prepare it with meatloaf roast. As a side dish, we will use a soft and delicious Karlovy Vary dumpling.
