Steps to cook
-
Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients and lay them out on the work surface - we will cook from them step by step 👩🍳🥘
-
Chop the onion and garlic. Chop the onion into fine pieces and slice the garlic, grate the potatoes.
-
Saute the onion, garlic, and potatoes. Heat sunflower oil (or pork lard) in a pan and saute the onion, garlic, and potatoes for 5 minutes over medium heat until softened and golden.
-
Saute the tripe. Add the pre-cooked tripe and saute for about 3 minutes.
-
Add the paprika and marjoram. Add the ground paprika and marjoram and briefly saute everything for 2 minutes.
-
Add the stock cube and simmer. Pour in the broth made from beef stock cube (or use stock instead, if you have it), simmer for about 10 minutes until it reaches a slightly thick sauce consistency, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
-
Heat the dumpling and serve. Heat the dumpling over steam and serve with the warmed dumpling🍽️😋

Meatloaf in Creamy Sauce and Carlsbad Dumpling
Make a traditional creamy sauce, just a little differently and more quickly. Instead of beef, we will prepare it with meatloaf roast. As a side dish, we will use a soft and delicious Karlovy Vary dumpling.
