Steps to cook

  1. Prepare the ingredients. Here's what you'll have on the plate - prepare the ingredients beforehand so the work goes smoothly

  2. Cut the tofu. Cut the tofu into roughly 2×2 cm cubes so it browns evenly and stays moist inside.

  3. Prepare the garlic. Peel the garlic and slice it thinly.

  4. Sear the tofu and green beans. Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add sesame oil (if you don't have it, use regular vegetable oil), add the tofu and green beans and fry for about 2 minutes so the tofu acquires a light golden color.

  5. Add the garlic. Add the garlic, reduce the heat to medium and let the mixture cook for another 1-2 minutes so the garlic releases its aroma but doesn't turn bitter.

  6. Season with soy sauce. Pour in the soy sauce and cook briefly for another 1-2 minutes until the flavors meld nicely and the sauce lightly coats all the ingredients.

  7. Finish. Divide the finished dish among plates or bowls and sprinkle with sesame seeds

  8. Serve. Serve
