Steps to cook

  1. Prepare the ingredients. Here's what will be on your plate - prepare the ingredients in advance so the work goes smoothly 🥦🍝

  2. Bring the water to a boil. Place a pot of water for the pasta on the stove. When the water starts to boil, salt it well.

  3. Cut the broccoli. Wash the broccoli and cut into smaller florets so it cooks quickly.

  4. Slice the garlic. Peel the garlic and slice it into thin slices.

  5. Cook the pasta. Add the pasta to the boiling salted water and cook according to the package instructions, about 9 minutes.

  6. Sauté the garlic. Heat oil or butter in a pan over low heat. Add the garlic and sauté about 2 minutes, just until fragrant. Then add the spinach, stir and remove the pan from the heat.

  7. Add the broccoli. About 2-3 minutes before the pasta is done, add the broccoli to the same pot. Finish cooking together, then drain the pasta and broccoli and reserve the cooking water. Add both to the pan with the spinach and pour in a little of the pasta water.

  8. Combine with the cheeses. Add all three cheeses and the cream to the pan. Pour in another 2-3 tablespoons of pasta water, stir everything and let it come together over low heat for about 2 minutes into a creamy sauce.

  9. Season. Season with freshly ground pepper

  10. Serve. Serve. If you want it very rich, sprinkle a little more cheese🧀✨
