Tripe Soup

What you will need

Beef boiled tripe 50 g -
Onion 1 pcs -
Lard 0.5 tbsp

Garlic 1 clove -
Ground Paprika 0.5 tsp -
Plain Flour 1 tsp

Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients.. Prepare all the ingredients and lay them out on the work surface - we will cook step by step from them 👩🍳🥘

Chop the onion and garlic.. Chop the onion into fine pieces and slice the garlic.

Saute the onion and garlic in lard.. Heat pork lard in a pan and saute the onion with the garlic for 5 minutes, until softened and golden.

Saute the tripe.. Add the pre-cooked tripe and saute for about 3 minutes.

Add the paprika and flour and saute.. Add the ground paprika and flour, and briefly saute everything for 2 minutes.

Add the bouillon and simmer, season with salt and pepper.. Add water and simmer the soup for about 10 minutes, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve.. Serve the soup hot, ideally with fresh bread. 😋🍽️
