A great breakfast that takes just a few minutes to prepare, but IT IS NECESSARY TO LET IT CHILL FOR 1-2 HOURS! A refreshing pudding with raspberries and crunchy almonds - the ideal detox snack or mid-morning snack.

What you will need

Chia seeds 1 tbsp -
Milk 100 g -
Raspberry 25 g

Almonds 10 g -
Sugar 1 tbsp

Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - in a moment we will be making them 🥣🌰✨

Mix and let rest. Mix the milk with the sugar and chia seeds, stir thoroughly for at least 1 minute, then let it rest in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours so the seeds can swell and a creamy pudding forms

Toast and chop the almonds. Toast the almonds in a dry pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown, then chop them into small pieces

Garnish and serve. Garnish with raspberries, sprinkle with chopped almonds, and serve 🍽️✨
