A great breakfast that takes just a few minutes to prepare, but it NEEDS TO CHILL FOR 1-2 HOURS! A delicate blueberry pudding - a great way to add antioxidants and fiber to breakfast.

What you will need

Chia seeds 1 tbsp -
Milk 100 g -
Blueberry 50 g -
Oat flakes 50 g

Almonds 25 g -
Pumpkin Seeds 20 g -
Honey 1 tbsp -
Sugar 1 tbsp

Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will be using them in a moment 🥣🥜✨

Mix and let rest. Mix the milk with the sugar and chia seeds, stir thoroughly for at least 1 minute, then let it rest in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours so the seeds can swell and a creamy pudding forms

Toast the nuts and add honey. Toast all the nuts and seeds in a dry pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden, then add the honey and mix

Garnish with fruit and nuts. After serving, garnish with berries and toasted nuts and serve 🍽️✨
