What you will need

Pork Neck 1 pcs -
Baby Potatoes 200 g -
Fresh Spinach 0.25 pcs

Onion 0.5 pcs -
Garlic 0.5 clove -
Ground Paprika 0.5 tsp

Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients and lay them out on the work surface - we will cook step by step from them 🥔✨

Cook the potatoes. Cook the potatoes in their skins in salted water, bring to a boil, and cook over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes until tender

Chop the vegetables. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic

Cut the meat and marinate. Cut the pork into small cubes and season with salt, pepper, and ground paprika

Sauté the meat. Sauté the pork in a pan over higher heat for about 3-4 minutes, until it sears and turns golden brown

Add the vegetables. Add the onion and garlic and sauté over medium heat for about 2 minutes, until softened

Fry the potatoes and spinach. Cut the cooked potatoes into slices, fry them in a pan until golden brown on both sides over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side, then add the spinach and briefly heat through

Serve. Serve and enjoy the dish 🥔🍽️
