Steps to cook
-
Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we'll be cooking with them shortly 🧁✨
-
Prepare the cocoa mixture. In a bowl, mix half of the curd cheese, oat flakes, cocoa, egg, and honey to create the mixture for the bottom layer. Divide the mixture evenly into a muffin tin.
-
Prepare the coconut mixture. In another bowl, mix the remaining curd cheese, honey, coconut milk, shredded coconut, egg, and vanilla sugar into a smooth mixture.
-
Bake the muffins. Divide the coconut mixture over the bottom layer in the muffin tin and bake in the oven at 180 C for about 25 minutes until golden.
-
Melt the chocolate. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate over low heat or over a water bath for about 2-3 minutes. Optionally, you can add a little butter or vegetable oil to the chocolate
-
Finish the muffins. Let the baked muffins cool for about 5 minutes, then top each muffin with the melted chocolate. Let set in the refrigerator, or garnish with coconut and serve 🥥✨

Chocolate Tiramisu with Orange Zest
NOTE: If you want to prepare 1 tiramisu, select 4 servings in the app - that is the amount of ingredients for 1 tiramisu (6-8 servings). Come make this classic Italian dessert with us. Tiramisu is not baked and is therefore very easy and quick to prepare, if you can then resist eating it before it has properly rested in the fridge. Our version by Marco Giampoli consists of classic savoiardi ladyfinger biscuits and a delicious egg-yolk cream with mascarpone, chocolate, and orange zest.
