Steps to cook
-
Preheat the oven and prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients and preheat the oven to 210 C - we will be baking with them in a moment 🍰✨
-
Whisk the cheese with the sugar. Whisk the cream cheese with the sugar until smooth
-
Add the eggs. Gradually add the eggs and keep whisking them into the mixture
-
Add the remaining ingredients. Add the cream, vanilla sugar, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt and mix everything thoroughly until a smooth cream forms
-
Bake. Pour the mixture into a pan lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 210 C for about 30-35 minutes, until the top is lightly caramelized
-
Let it cool. After baking, remove from the oven; the center should remain slightly wobbly. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour, ideally overnight 🍽️✨
