Frozen spinach 100 g -
Onion 0.5 g -
Garlic 1 clove

Bread dumpling 3 slice -
Butter 0.25 tbsp

Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will be cooking with them shortly 🥩✨

Cut the meat. Cut the pork neck into cubes. Season with salt, pepper, and caraway.

Cut the onion and garlic. Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.

Brown the meat. In a preheated pan, brown the meat over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes until golden. Then remove it from the pan.

Saute the onion. Add butter, onion, and garlic to the same pan and saute over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes until golden.

Braise the meat. Return the meat to the pan, add water, cover with a lid, and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes, until the meat is tender.

Warm the dumpling. Slice the dumpling and warm it in steam over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes, or according to the package instructions.

Prepare the spinach. Melt butter in a pan, add the spinach, and saute over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, until heated through. Add the pressed garlic, season with salt and pepper, and saute for another 30 seconds or so.

Serve. Serve the pork with spinach and bread dumplings 🥩✨
