Tiramisu Balls

Simple tiramisu balls that you can make in 15 minutes. Just blend the ladyfingers, mix the dough, coat in cocoa, and you're done!

What you will need

Sponge biscuits 150 g -
Ricotta 125 g -
Instant coffee 20 ml

Cocoa 15 g -
Rum 1 tbsp

Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we'll be making them into something in a moment 🍪✨

Blend the ladyfingers. Blend the ladyfingers finely into a fine crumb.

Add the ingredients. Add amaretto (or rum), coffee, and ricotta to the ladyfingers (ideally strong espresso), or use nut syrup for a non-alcoholic version, and mix.

Mix the dough. Mix the mixture well until a smooth, pliable dough forms.

Shape the balls. Form small balls from the dough.

Coat the balls. Coat the balls in cocoa.

Serve. Serve in paper cups or on a plate 🍽️✨
