Potatoes 200 g -

Steps to cook

Preparing the Ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients – we will be cooking with them shortly ✨

Preparing the Potatoes. Peel the potatoes and cut them into smaller pieces.

Boiling the Potatoes. Boil the potatoes in salted water over medium heat for about 15–20 minutes, until soft.

Seasoning the Pork Neck. Meanwhile, season the pork neck with salt and pepper on both sides.

Searing the Steak. Heat a little oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry the steak for about 3–5 minutes on each side, depending on thickness, until it reaches the desired doneness and has a golden crispy crust.

Preparing the Parsley. Finely chop the parsley.

Mashing the Potatoes. Drain the cooked potatoes, add butter, and mash until smooth.

Seasoning the Mashed Potatoes. Add the chopped parsley and season with salt to taste.

Serving. Serve the steak with the mashed potatoes.
