Potatoes 250 g -
Plain Flour 30 g -
Eggs 0.5 pcs

Butter 1 tbsp -

Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will be cooking with them in a moment 🐟✨

Cut the potatoes. Peel the potatoes and cut them into smaller pieces so they cook evenly.

Boil the potatoes. Boil the potatoes in salted water over low heat for about 15-20 minutes until tender.

Prepare the breadcrumbs. Finely blend the bread roll into breadcrumbs.

Salt the fish. Season the fish with salt on both sides.

Coat the fish. Pat the fish dry with a paper towel and coat it first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.

Fry the fish. Fry the fish in a pan in a sufficient amount of oil over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.

Prepare the mashed potatoes. Mash the cooked potatoes and mix them with butter and warm milk into a smooth mash.
