Tofu 1 pcs -
Frozen broccoli 100 g -
Tahini paste 1 tbsp -

Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will be cooking with them in a moment 🥦✨

Boil the broccoli. Briefly boil the broccoli in boiling salted water for about 2-3 minutes over high heat so it stays slightly crisp

Cook the noodles. Cook the noodles in the same water according to the package instructions, for approximately 3 minutes over medium heat

Cut the tofu. Cut the tofu into smaller cubes

Fry the tofu. In a pan with a little oil, fry the tofu until golden and crispy over medium to high heat for about 5 minutes

Slice the chili. Slice the chili pepper into thin rounds

Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, tahini, grated ginger, 3 tablespoons of water, and the sliced chili

Chop the cilantro. Coarsely chop the cilantro

Slice the scallion. Slice the scallion into thin rounds

Combine in the pan. Warm the prepared sauce in a pan over medium heat, add the noodles, broccoli, and tofu, mix well, and cook for about 1 minute until everything is combined

Serve. Serve and sprinkle with chopped cilantro and scallion 🍜✨
