Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we'll be cooking with them in a moment 🍗✨

Cut the potatoes. Peel the potatoes and cut them into smaller cubes so they cook faster.

Cook the potatoes. Put the potatoes into salted water and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes until tender.

Prepare the meat. Portion the chicken breasts, lightly pound them, season with salt, and sprinkle with dried garlic.

Make the breadcrumbs. Cut the rolls into pieces and blend them into fine breadcrumbs.

Prepare the egg mixture. Crack the eggs and mix them with yogurt and a pinch of salt.

Coat the schnitzels. First coat the schnitzels in the egg mixture, then in the prepared breadcrumbs.

Bake the schnitzels. Place the schnitzels on a baking tray lined with baking paper, lightly spray with oil, and bake in the oven at 200 C for about 20 minutes until golden brown.

Prepare the mash. Drain the cooked potatoes and mash them with warm milk into a puree.

Serve. Serve the schnitzels with mashed potatoes 🍽️✨
