Steps to cook

Blend the roll. Blend the fresh roll into fine breadcrumbs

Pound the meat. Cut the chicken and pound it into a thin cutlet

Coat the schnitzel. Coat the meat in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs

Fry the bacon. Fry the bacon in a pan over low heat for about 4 minutes until golden brown

Assemble the sandwich. Slice the bread, spread it with mayonnaise, and layer on the schnitzel, bacon, and salad
