  • Honey 0.5 tbsp
  • Pistachio 10 g
  • Sugar 0.5 tbsp

  1. Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients and preheat the oven to 170 C 🍯✨

  2. Prepare the ricotta. Mix the ricotta with the egg, honey, lemon zest, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt; stir for about 1-2 minutes until smooth.

  3. Bake the ricotta. Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish, sprinkle with sugar, and bake in the oven at 170 C for about 25-30 minutes, until the ricotta sets and is lightly golden.

  4. Let it cool. Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes.

  5. Finish the dessert. Top with honey, fruit, and nuts.

  6. Serve. Serve on a plate or directly in a bowl 🍯✨
