What you will need

Pork Neck 1 pcs -
Bread Roll 1 pcs -
Toast Bread 2 slice -
Eggs 0.5 pcs

Coleslaw 50 g -
Plain Flour 25 g -
Sesame Seeds 5 g

Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will cook with them in a moment 🥪🥩✨

Crush the roll. Blend the fresh roll into fine breadcrumbs, ideally in a food processor, but you can also use a hand blender

Coat the meat. Coat the pork neck first in flour, then in egg, and finally in the prepared breadcrumbs

Fry and finish in the oven. Fry the pork neck in hot oil over medium to high heat until golden brown, about 4 minutes on each side, then you can finish baking it in the oven if needed

Assemble the sandwich. Assemble the sandwich to taste

Wrap and serve. Wrap the sandwich in baking paper, cut it in half, and serve 🍽️✨
