  1. Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will be cooking with them in a moment 🍎✨

  2. Prepare the apples. Peel the apples, cut them into small cubes, and drizzle with lemon juice.

  3. Saute the apples. In a heated pan, cook the apples with butter, sugar, and cinnamon over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until softened and lightly caramelized, then let them cool.

  4. Prepare the caramel. Meanwhile, prepare the caramel. In a pan, melt the sugar with 2 tablespoons of water. Once the water has dissolved and evaporated, let the sugar caramelize, stir in the butter and warm cream, and cook over low heat for about 2-3 minutes until thickened.

  5. Let the caramel cool. Let the caramel cool slightly for about 5 minutes.

  6. Whip the cream. Whip the cream with the sugar and vanilla sugar for about 2-3 minutes until stiff.

  7. Prepare the base. Place crushed biscuits at the bottom of the glass

  8. Add the apples. Add a layer of stewed apples and then the caramel sauce.

  9. Add the whipped cream. Add the whipped cream on top and repeat the process according to the height of the glass, ideally create 2 layers.

  10. Chill. Garnish with caramel and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  11. Serve. Serve well chilled 🍎✨
