  • Savoy cabbage 100 g
  • Canned Tomatoes 0.25 pcs
  • Speck 30 g
  • Onion 0.5 pcs
  • Sour Cream 1 tbsp
  • Beef bouillon 0.25 pcs
  • Ground Paprika 0.5 tsp

  1. Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will be cooking with them in a moment 👩‍🍳✨

  2. Chop the onion. Finely chop the onion 🧅

  3. Dice the bacon. Cut the bacon into small cubes 🥩

  4. Fry the bacon. Fry the bacon in a skillet over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes until golden 🥩

  5. Fry the onion. Add half of the chopped onion 🧅

  6. Add the ground meat. Add the ground meat, season with salt and pepper, and fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until the meat firms up and turns golden brown 🥩

  7. Add the ground paprika. Add the ground paprika and fry over low heat for about 1 minute, then remove from the heat and let the mixture rest briefly

  8. Place the cabbage in boiling water. Blanch the cabbage leaves in boiling salted water over medium heat for about 1 minute, then quickly cool them in cold water 🥬

  9. Wrap the cabbage rolls. Wrap the meat mixture in the cabbage leaves, trimming the thick stem part if necessary to make them easier to roll 🥬

  10. Cut the remaining cabbage into strips. Cut the remaining cabbage leaves into thin strips 🥬

  11. Fry the remaining onion. In a pot, fry the remaining onion in a little oil over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes, until translucent 🧅

  12. Add the cabbage, water and crushed tomatoes. Add the sliced cabbage, stock cube, a little water (or broth) and crushed tomatoes, and stir 🥬🍅

  13. Place the rolls in the pot. Place the rolls in the pot, cover with a lid and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes 🍲

  14. Remove the rolls and blend the sauce. After cooking, remove the rolls and blend the sauce until smooth 🍲

  15. Serve. Serve with sour cream 🍽️✨
