  1. Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients in advance so the cooking goes smoothly 🍲✨

  2. Cut the onion and garlic. Peel the onion and garlic and cut them into small dice

  3. Cut the peppers. Clean the peppers and cut them into medium-sized pieces

  4. Cut the sausage. Cut the sausage into smaller cubes

  5. Cut the potatoes. Peel the potatoes and cut them into smaller cubes

  6. Saute the onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion and garlic, and saute over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes until translucent
