Steps to cook
-
Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will be cooking with them in a moment 🧁✨
-
Mix the dry ingredients. Weigh the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt into a bowl and mix everything together
-
Add the wet ingredients. In a second bowl, mix the kefir, egg, and melted butter, then pour the mixture into the dry ingredients
-
Combine the batter. Mix the ingredients into a smooth batter, but do not overmix so it stays light and airy
-
Fold in the blueberries. Add the blueberries to the batter and save a few for decoration
-
Fill the muffin cups and bake. Fill the paper cases with the batter and bake in the oven at 175 C for about 20 minutes until golden brown
-
Decorate and serve. Check for doneness with a skewer, then decorate with yogurt and blueberries 🧁🍽️✨

Bundt Cake
Note: 4 servings = 1 bundt cake. A classic dessert with cocoa. A moist batter baked in a traditional bundt pan makes a great accompaniment to coffee or for serving to guests.
