  1. Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will be cooking with them in a moment 🍓✨

  2. Prepare the žahour. Put the forest fruit into a saucepan, add the sugar, and cook over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes, until the fruit releases its juices and softens slightly.

  3. Season. Season with lemon juice and stir.

  4. Serve. Transfer the žahour to a bowl, add a scoop of ice cream, and serve 🍓✨
