Mascarpone 50 g -
Double Cream 50 ml -
White Wine 100 ml

Sugar 62.5 g -
Lemon 0.25 pcs -

Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we'll be cooking with them in a moment 🍐✨

Prepare the syrup. Add the water, sugar, wine, cinnamon, cloves, and lemon juice to a pot

Cook the pears. Place the pears into the liquid, cover, and cook over low heat for about 10-15 minutes, until they soften

Whip the cream. Whip the cream into stiff peaks for about 2-3 minutes (you can use a mixer)

Add the mascarpone. Add the mascarpone and briefly whisk until a smooth cream forms (do not overwhip, it could curdle)

Remove the pears. Remove the pears from the pot and let the liquid reduce over medium heat into a syrup, if needed

Serve with the cream and syrup. Place the cream on a plate, put the pear on top, drizzle with the syrup, and serve 🍐🍽️✨
