Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we'll be cooking with them in a moment 🥗✨

Prepare the couscous. Pour twice the amount of hot water over the couscous, cover, and let it swell for about 5 minutes.

Slice the tomatoes. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Prepare the mozzarella. Tear the mozzarella into smaller pieces.

Fluff the couscous. Fluff the couscous with a fork and let it cool.

Prepare the salad. Put the couscous, spinach, tuna, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella into a bowl.
