Steps to cook

Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will start cooking in a moment 🍗✨

Cook the rice. Cook the rice in salted water according to the package instructions, usually about 15-20 minutes.

Slice the pepper. Slice the bell pepper into smaller strips.

Slice the scallion and garlic. Slice the spring onion into rings and chop or press the garlic.

Cut the chicken. Cut the chicken breast into smaller pieces.

Fry the chicken. In a heated pan with oil, stir-fry the chicken over high heat for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.

Add the vegetables. Add the bell pepper, spring onion, and garlic and stir-fry over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.

Add the sauce. Pour in the soy sauce, add a little sugar, and mix. Briefly simmer over medium heat for about 1 minute.

Prepare the starch. In a bowl, mix the starch with a little water.

Thicken the sauce. Pour the mixed starch into the pan and cook over low heat for about 1-2 minutes, until the sauce thickens.

Add the peanuts. Add the peanuts and briefly stir for about 30 seconds.

Serve. Serve with rice. You can garnish with chopped peanuts and spring onion 🥜✨
