Steps to cook
-
Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will be turning them into something delicious in a moment 🍎✨
-
Slice the apples. Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces.
-
Saute the apples. Melt the butter with a spoonful of sugar in a pan, add the apples, and saute over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.
-
Whisk the egg yolks. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites, add 2 tablespoons of sugar to the yolks, and whisk for about 8 minutes until a light foam forms.
-
Add the mascarpone. Add the mascarpone and vanilla sugar and gently mix.
-
Whisk the egg whites. Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
-
Combine the cream. Carefully fold the egg whites into the yolk and mascarpone mixture.
-
Season the apples and layer them. Season the apples with cinnamon and spread them on the bottom of a baking dish.
-
Soak the ladyfingers. Soak the ladyfingers in apple juice, arrange them over the apples, and lightly drizzle them with the remaining juice.
-
Cover with the cream and chill. Cover with the cream, spread evenly, sprinkle with cocoa, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (optionally garnish with apple slices) 🍽️✨
