Cheddar slices 25 g

Steps to cook

Preparing the Ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients – we'll be cooking with them shortly ✨

Cutting the Cucumbers. Cut the pickled cucumbers lengthwise in half or into quarters.

Melting the Cheese. Place slices of cheddar (one large slice folded in half or two smaller slices) on a slightly heated pan with a drop of oil and fry over medium-low heat for about 1–2 minutes, until the cheese starts to melt.

Baking with the Cucumber. Place a cucumber piece on each piece of cheese, and once the cheese starts to crisp up, wrap it around the cucumber and continue cooking over low heat for another 2–3 minutes, until the cheese turns golden brown and forms a crispy crust.

Serving. Serve the cucumber-cheddar bites immediately, while they are warm and crispy 🧀
