Steps to cook
-
Prepare the Ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients and preheat the oven to 180 °C
-
Mash the Bananas. Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork into a smooth puree.
-
Mix the Wet Ingredients. Add eggs, sugar, and oil to the banana puree. Mix everything well until a smooth mixture forms.
-
Add the Dry Ingredients. Add the all-purpose flour and cocoa. Stir until a smooth and uniform batter forms.
-
Pour the Batter into the Pan. Pour the batter into a smaller pan lined with baking paper and spread it evenly with a spatula.
-
Bake the Brownies. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C (fan or conventional setting) for about 20-25 minutes. The brownies are done when the surface is baked but the center remains slightly moist - check with a skewer, which should come out with a bit of batter on it.
-
Slice and Serve. Let the brownies cool, cut into squares, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve.
